Freshmen	What is one thing you could do to improve our community?  How would you accomplish this goal? Identify the problem, and how you could help change it. ​
Sophomore	There are several qualities one must have to become a great leader. Some of those include the ability to inspire, the ability to delegate, show commitment, and have confidence. Which of these qualities do you think is the most important one for a leader? Write an essay explaining why you chose that one quality. ​
Juniors	What is your top college choice? What are the requirements? What do you want to major in and why? Explain how attending this school and major will lead to your future career choice.
Seniors	Explain what you want to do as a career, and how you can use entrepreneurial skills to start your own business. What would be your plan?
