Empowering Future Scholars: Project ENRICH

Project ENRICH, the award-winning flagship initiative of the Gamma Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., is a premier mentoring program dedicated to preparing high school students for college success. Designed for young men and women in grades 9-12, Project ENRICH provides the critical guidance, resources, and support necessary to excel in higher education.

Open to ALL high school students across Maryland, our innovative curriculum connects participants with industry leaders, college professors, academic advisors, and accomplished Project ENRICH alumni. These dedicated professionals provide invaluable mentorship, helping students navigate the academic and financial challenges of pursuing a college degree.

As a fraternity that upholds Scholarship as a fundamental principle, Omega Psi Phi remains committed to shaping the next generation of leaders. Through Project ENRICH, we extend this commitment to the youth of Prince George’s County and beyond, equipping them with the tools to thrive in college and beyond.

In partnership with the Charles R. Drew Memorial Scholarship Fund (CDMSF), Project ENRICH and the Gamma Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. proudly award over $30,000 in scholarships annually. These scholarships are available to all graduating high school seniors residing in or attending school in Prince George’s County, reinforcing our dedication to academic excellence and student success.
